    Web Exclusive: Rush on Czars

In more of our interview with Rush Limbaugh, he argues czars have too much power because they are not confirmed by the Senate and not accountable to anybody except President Obama.  He specifically opposes the pay czar.

"That somebody's who's not appointed and confirmed and have some accountability to the elected representatives of the people has the slightest right to tell anybody anywhere what they can and can't earn in form of salary, bonus, compensation package.  Yet, its happening," Limbaugh said.

"They're going to eventually limit all of our pay," he argued.  "Barney Frank said that's his objective.  He wants to legislate compensation packages even beyond firms that have not received government money."

About 5-6 years ago I was appalled at the frequency of misspelled and misused words, especially on blogs. Then I began to realize that this occurred almost exclusively by republican/conservative bloggers. The entries here are a good example. But what would one expect from those who look up to Limbaugh (he hated schools and dropped out), Hannity (he dropped out 3 times), Beck (who never bothered with a good education) and finally O'Reilly whose command of the English language is atrocious

Rush can just say hello and it would be intriguing. I think what I took away from this interview was how relaxed Rush was compared to years before. Maybe the lack of socks was a sign, but he didn't go out of his way to be outrageous or to entertain. Not too easy to be hard-hitting with Rush, but I was looking for Chris to challenge him more when he obviously disagreed with what Rush was saying. Rush's answer on his pay was perfect. He has to earn it. I thought he just won life's lottery.

Most Limbaugh dissenters that I've met in person DON'T ACTUALLY LISTEN TO HIM. They base their opinion on hearsay, pundits, clever edits & group think. He speaks not only his mind, but the mind of millions. He plays audio of the actual public officials being discussed on his show. It's clear why he ticks off those who prefer that we leave our rights and Constitution behind. Conservatives understand the Constitution & demand that we follow it. Patriots & Traitors are officials' only 2 categories.

Rush's gas-filled head would float him out into outer space if his arse wasn't so fat serving as an anchor.

Chris, at times you looked very pained while interviewing Rush. Probably was having the same thoughts as I that this is direction the republican party is going and this guy is the leader. What a shame. When he was going off on Biden, I thought he was talking about himself.

The only infallible, unstoppable, guaranteed way to get a truly new Congress is : NEVER REELECT ANY INCUMBENT! AND DO IT EVERY ELECTION! Don't let anyone serve more than one term. Some of the reasons to do this: • It gives us a one-term-limited Congress without using amendments • It encourages ordinary citizens to run for Congress • It would be supported by 70% of the country who want term limits for Congress • It is completely nonpartisan • If repeated, it ends career politicians in Congress • It opens the way to a “citizen Congress” * It would open a torrent of fresh ideas to improve our government • It ends the seniority system that keeps freshmen powerless • It doesn’t cost money. But you MUST vote! Just don’t vote for an incumbent • It is the only guaranteed, infallible, unstoppable way to “Throw the Bums Out” • It takes effect immediately on Election Day • If it doesn’t work, do it again and again! It will work eventually NEVER REELECT ANYONE IN CONGRESS. AND DO IT EVERY ELECTION!

Thank you Chris Wallace for interviewing Rush Limbaugh. You are trully a journalist, unlike your collegues on other networks. You are an objective man that will put both sides of the Isle on your show without appearing bias. Your father, Mike Wallace, is also a great journalist and he raised you up right! (well not right wing). I am a conservative Republican and I am a great admirer of Rush Limbaugh. Despite what people think he loves this country and wants to see it succeed.

Hi What are some of the disagreements about what Rush said, lets discuss them,or is it better just to talk over each other and not listen?I Love my country to much to see it so divided. JB

The driveby media each got a piece of the Obama interviews a couple of weeks ago, but you got the exclusive interview with Rush. When the ratings are published, you will see clearly that you got the best deal. A good interview with Sarah Palin will now put you in the dominant position that Meet the Press was when Tim Russett was there.

Rush was fantastic on Sunday News and Chris Wallace interviewed him fairly. I respect Rush willingly talking about his drug use and consequent rehab. He looks fabulous and his confidence has never been better.

As a secular conservative, Limbaugh is clueless re: what is necessary to return our country to its once great Christian status. He says, just to cite one example, that mandating health care is un-Constitutional; he then says the uninsured should be insured using billions of dollars in Obama's "stimulus package," a program that is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL! Listen to this on Limbaugh, please: http://www.theamericanview.com/index.php?id=141 John Lofton, TheAmericanView.com JLof@aol.com

Great job Rush, been a fan since your T.V. days when I was a freshmen in college, if the American people cannot see, the pride, ego, radicalismof this President, then maybe it deserves him, the only bad thing is that good decent Americans will suffer too. We cannot let George Soro's creation-Obama win this......

RUSH IS RIGHT ON THE MARK AS USUAL, AMERICA BETTER WAKE UP AND GRAB THIS COUNTRY BACK.

Great interview. I've listened to it 3x's. I'm totally amazed at how stupid many Americans are that they can't see what Obama is doing. Rush is totally head on and my husband and I praise him, Fox news, Hannity and Beck everyday, it's the only way you really get both sides. I fear for this wonderful nation! We can't let a person who REALLY hates this nation like Obama continue to try to destroy us. Keep up the great job Rush. We love you and appreciate you, MMM.! Thank you Fox news for the info

Thank you Chris for the interview with Rush Hudson Limbaugh. Our six year old grandson continuously runs around saying "Rush Hudson Limbaugh M M M". My husband and I, have been listening to Rush since 1987 and we thank God every day for him, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. Keep up the good work, Chris. Fox shows the other networks that there is angst among the general population of this country that this leader in Our White House and his henchmen are bad for the USA.

Chris Wallace did a masterfull job on Rush"s interview. Rush was great. Got to love his directness. I must say I agree with his discription of Americas political and economic situation. Stay the course Rush.

20 million suporters of Rush. Think of it - the one group of Americans all with an IQ of under 100. Would suggest they all try reading something instead of letting Rush feed their little minds with his error ridden facts and outright lies.

RUSH IS VERY IMPRESSIVE AS ARE HIS NUMBERS. 20 MILLION PEOPLE LISTEN TO HIM EVERY WEEK AND MANY OF THEM ARE LOYAL FOLLOWERS. THERE IS, HOWEVER, AN EQUALLY IMPORTANT NUMBER WHICH HE AND HIS "DITTO HEADS" NEED TO REMEMBER---280 MILLION. THAT IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T LISTEN TO HIM.
